There are some customers who always ask for biodegradable food packaging, but they can't distinguish the difference in the material clearly ,especially all kinds of paper, they look so familiar but with different prices.

Today we will talk about the essential difference between bagasse and Kraft products from the production process.

Our life have been occupied with all kinds of kraft food packaging, such as the burger box in KFC, the boxes of instant noodles, and the fast food delivery container.kraft material play an important role.

after the trees are cut down, the woods will be processed into wooden pulp, then the pulp will be used to create the Kraft paperboard, finally they become all kinds of kraft food container.

Through the production process, you can see that we transfer the trees to disposable food container, and then be used in our daily life, that also means millions of trees are cut in every day and every moment, there are 7.5 billion human beings on the earth, that's incredible how many trees will be cut at the same time.

So the Kraft products seem more ecofriendly than the plastic, as a matter of fact, they are another destroyer to our homeland that we created by ourselves.

Let's see  the production of bagasse products, firstly the sugarcane is sustainable as an economic crop, they are born for the production when they come out from farmland, the bagasse will be processed into pulp, then the  bagasse pulp will be poured into manufacturing machines with different moulds, by the hot-pressing in the moulding machinery, the bagasse bowls, plates and boxes come out.

So when we look over the manufacturing, from bagasse to food packaging,  and then 100% composted to fertilizer, they will come back to the nature finally, that's an economic and sustainable process.especially in European countries, they need non-wooden fiber and request the FSC certificate, the kraft material will not be workable.

when you face the choice between kraft and bagasse, which one will you pick?
